As a Retail Store Assistant at Reliance Flooring Xtra, you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our products, and assist them through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information and advice on flooring products and services.
- Conduct invoicing, quoting, and processing of sales transactions.
- Assist in measuring spaces for flooring installations as required.
- Manage and update customer records using computer systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in computer use, including retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of flooring products is a plus, but not required.
