About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Bottle shop Supervisor to lead the team and manage the day-to-day operations of this store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, from inventory control and merchandising to staff supervision and customer service. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and will play a key part in their continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and merchandising
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Your Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a bottle shop or liquor store
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Sound knowledge of liquor products and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
