As an Optus Retail Sales Consultant, you play a crucial role in driving the success of our stores. You will lead by example, inspiring both our team and customers with your in-depth product knowledge and passion for the Optus brand. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service and drive to achieve targets and other KPI’s will contribute directly to the store's performance and your overall success in our business.

Requirements:
- Proven sales track record or an extensive background in customer service with a driven and passionate attitude to complement
- A drive to achieve and exceed business targets and KPIs
- Impeccable presentation and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays with flexible scheduling
- Agile and adaptable nature to thrive in a dynamic business environment
- Willingness to attend external training events for ongoing development
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs to support store success
- Assist with day-to-day store operations as required
- Help support and train other new team members when needed
- Understand and follow all sales and compliance processes
