Trading since 2018, our client occupies a strong position in the mid to upper priced markets on the North Shore / Northern Beaches boarders.
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections whilst complying with regulatory standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for our tenants and landlords
- Take part in managing property budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial goals
- Provide regular financial reports to property owners
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to obtain competitive quotes, coordinate repairs and maintenance work, and ensure quality of service
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience or a related field Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing laws, and real estate regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, tenants, and vendors
- Excellent time management skills and being able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (preferred)
- You have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change
- Flexible, adaptable, and willingness to work outside of your remit to be fully exposed to real estate duties
- Have a full driver's license and access to a car
