About the Role:
Tile Wizards are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who enjoys the challenges of business development.
The purpose of the role is to join the front line team, in helping clients choose from a range of flooring products to complete a variety of builder and home owner projects. It is desired that you have a strong sales & proven background and are self-motivated. Salaries are based upon proven sales ability. Training will be provided for the right Candidates. You need to be reliable and have a willingness to work as a part of a team.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong Business development skills
- Proven ability and Confident at achieving sales targets
- Basic computer skills
- Able to follow up and complete quotes
- Close sales with confidence
- Pack and organise deliveries
- Physically able to load and unload heavy products (up to 25kg)
- Receive and follow policies and procedures
- Work as part of a team
- Forklift licence preferred
Honesty and a great work ethic is important in this role to promote work place harmony. You must be goal orientated towards individual and team targets set for the store. Bonuses are awarded when targets are achieved.
