Are you passionate about flooring solutions and possess a knack for sales and management? We are working with local flooring businesses on the lookout for experienced and driven professionals to join their team as Store Manager and Sales Consultants across North Adelaide, South Adelaide, and Adelaide Hills locations.
Roles Available:
- Store Manager
- Sales Consultants
Key Responsibilities:
For Store Manager:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Implement strategic plans to drive sales and store performance.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.
For Sales Consultants:
- Provide expert advice on our wide range of flooring products, including carpet, floorboards, timber, laminate, and tiles.
- Conduct measure and quotes, showcasing professionalism and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer service and sales techniques.
- Maintain a well-presented showroom and product displays.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Flooring industry is ideal.
- Strong sales background with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in measuring and quoting for flooring installations.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- A desire to progress within the company and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to work on a roster that includes weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
