The Client
Our client is a Top Tier National Property Group who is seeking to appoint a Retail Lease Administrator to join their high-performing team. In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.
The Responsibilities
As a Lease Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentations
Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
Negotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitors
Ongoing review of minimum leasing requirements
Preparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etc
Supporting property management on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome.
Compliance and reporting
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in the commercial/retail property industry
Experience in a high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities
Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
Strong financial acumen
A proactive and self-motivated view when problem-solving
A team player
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
