We are looking for a passionate and proactive Retail Lease Administrator/Personal Assistant to support the leasing team with their operations and administration, as well as some general office duties.
Duties:
- Retail lease administration (drafting OTL’s, LAF’s, issuing lease instructions to solicitors, chasing tenants and solicitors for response)
- Meet with solicitors for status update reports on lease documents
- Database entry and management – Retailers
- Diary management for leasing team
- Invoicing for leasing team (Xero Platform)
- Lease expiry profile management and prompts
- Co-ordinate centre leasing meetings with centre teams and leasing team
- Leasing reports
- Expenses
- General office administration
- Work with head office around data storage and management once leases are executed
Skills and Experience:
- Ambitious and wanting to grow
- Proactive and personable
- Previous lease administration experience is advantageous, but not essential
