Retail Lease Administrator/Personal Assistant

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Retail Lease Administrator/Personal Assistant to support the leasing team with their operations and administration, as well as some general office duties.
  
Duties:

• Retail lease administration (drafting OTL’s, LAF’s, issuing lease instructions to solicitors, chasing tenants and solicitors for response)
• Meet with solicitors for status update reports on lease documents
• Database entry and management – Retailers
• Diary management for leasing team
• Invoicing for leasing team (Xero Platform)
• Lease expiry profile management and prompts
• Co-ordinate centre leasing meetings with centre teams and leasing team
• Leasing reports
• Expenses
• General office administration
• Work with head office around data storage and management once leases are executed

  
Skills and Experience:

• Ambitious and wanting to grow
• Proactive and personable
• Previous lease administration experience is advantageous, but not essential
