Retail Lease Administrator

A passionate and personable Retail Lease Administrator required for a well-known shopping centre landlord.

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Retail Lease Administrator to provide support to two esteemed leasing executives, working within a shopping centre in Brisbane South.
Duties:

• Management of Retail Lease administration tasks (drafting OTL’s, LAF’s, coordinating with solicitors, follow-ups with tenants and solicitors)
• Liaise with solicitors for status updates on lease documentation
• Database maintenance and organisation for retailers
• Oversight of lease expiry profiles and reminders
• Preparation of leasing reports
• Expense management

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in Retail Lease administration is advantageous
• Driven and organised
• Proactive and personable approach
• Great attention to detail
