Stockwell is experiencing an expansion phase, with a number of new properties adding to our portfolio, which includes neighborhood and sub-regional shopping centres, commercial developments and residential developments including retirement.
The Role:
Stockwell is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive with an insatiable appetite to negotiate deals, and a passion for property.
As a key member of the Leasing Team, you will source business leads and negotiate deal terms with market leading tenants.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in either commercial or Retail Leasing, have high energy levels, with a history of performing in a result driven business.
Your key position responsibilities will include:
- Canvassing best in class retailers that meet the center strategies.
- Negotiating and securing market leading deal terms.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly leasing targets.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A love for property.
- A progressive and motivated attitude with a willingness to continue professional growth.
- You have at least two years leasing or selling experience.
- Willing to travel to centres locally and regionally across Queensland as will be required from time to time.
- Record of delivering outcomes on time, on budget and to strategy.
- A strong ability to network and build relationships.
