Retail Leasing Executive

Partnering with Redpath Partners, our client is one of Australia's largest diversified property groups with an extensive portfolio across all areas of retail, office, healthcare and build to rent. 

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Leasing Executive, to join both the Melbourne & Sydney teams, to work across both homemaker and community based shopping centres.  

Reporting into the Regional Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the static and maintenance leasing of high performing sub-regional assets. This will include:

• Deliver optimal tenancy mix and reduce vacancy rates
• Negotiation of new and existing leases
• Continue to foster positive relationships with current and perspective tenants
• Work collaboratively with the onsite centre management teams
• Ability to canvas the market for new retailer ideas

The successful candidate for this role will have extensive Retail Leasing experience and have the ability to hit the ground running. It is a must that you can demonstrate existing relationships within the retail industry.
