The Role:
With an ever-expanding portfolio, they are offering an opportunity for an experienced Leasing Executive to step client-side and work closely with their high-performing team and two inspiring Directors.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants that are targeted specifically to create the right tenancy balance and shopping experience for their neighbourhoods
- Negotiate to close out leases on vacancies
- Track expiries and manage renewals
- Monitor trends and track movements in rental values
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Property
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Be fully conversant in all facets of Retail Leasing
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- Driver’s License and reliable car
- Career growth to a National role for the right person
- Diverse range of assets to work across (from greenfield, to unique conversions and neighborhood centres)
- Great team & office culture
- Amazing office with all the mod cons (integrated kitchen)
- Moving closer to the CBD in the next 12 months
