As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
- Overseeing a high volume of stock, with strategic inventory control to maximise sales and minimise stock losses in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organised store layout that is consistent with the brand's image.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
