We are recruiting for a highly-skilled and successful Retail Manager to join this Launceston location. Our client is searching for a manager with a proven background in team development and are on the hunt for a dynamic leader with amazing operational abilities. You will lead from the front to coach, develop and inspire your team to drive results.

As the manager of this location you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the business including inventory management, visual merchandising, budgeting and rostering.

• Ability to coach and develop the team
• Fantastic operational know how - manage rosters, wages, budgets and KPIs
• Inventory management SUPERSTAR who can manage a HIGH VOLUME of inventory
• Passion and energy to see the store succeed
• Amazing ability to create, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and your team
• Excellent sales skills in a consultative environment
• Impeccable VM and administration skills
