Retail Manager & Retail Supervisor-Central Australia-Northern Territory
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager & Retail Supervisorfor this great property located in Central Australia-Northern Territory.
The successful candidates will have extensive previous retail experience and previous experience with stock control and stock management.
The roles are to oversee the shop located at the venue in an extremely hands on capacity. These are very busy, demanding roles and candidates must be able to work under pressure. The roles are answerable to the Site Manager and Head Office Group Retail Manager.

Package:- $65,000-$75,000 + Super
- FREE Accommodation and meals
- Day to day management of the shop
- Stock control, stock ordering, stock takes
- Staff supervision & staff training
- Set up Shop displays in accordance with group promotions
- Hands on counter and shop work including barista duties, cash handling
- Cleaning of the shop areas
- Liaise with other management to ensure the smooth operation of the property
- Administration Duties
- End of day till reconciliation
- Assisting with unloading of truck / stock delivery
- Other duties as required
- Assist in other departments when required
Duties-Retail Supervisor:
- Assisting the manager with the day-to-day management of the shop and the above tasks and duties;
- Ensure that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services
- Respond to customers’ inquiries and complaints about goods and services
- Able to supervise other staff member as required.
- 2IC when manager is on leave or not scheduled to work.
- Must be seeking a long term commitment of 2+ years
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Must have extensive previous retail experience
- Previous experience with stock control and stock management
- Experience with supervision and training of staff
Computer skills - Must have a can do attitude
- Hold or be able to obtain a current RSA Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a small professional team
- Sealed roads via car
