We are looking for a friendly and outgoing retail manager on a full-time or part time basis to manage Lobethal Community Pharmacy. This role is suitable for an experienced pharmacy manager or Pharmacy Assistant looking to develop their career in Adelaide hill community pharmacy.
In this role, your duties and responsibilities are:
- Leading the pharmacy team:
- ensuring great customer service
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
- organising staff training
- maintaining a positive team culture - Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
- Maintaining a high-level of presentation of the store
About you:
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Experience with stock management including:
- stock-taking
- ordering
- merchandising - Understand the importance of delegating and managing team members
- Possess a willingness to learn and to work autonomously, have great communication skills with customers and team members
