Role:
We are seeking an experienced pharmacyRetail Manager to join our team at Aussie Pharmacy Hornsby.
This is a Full time role working 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
Your main function will be to assist the Pharmacy owner with the management of the team, merchandising of all retail aspects of the Pharmacy and managing the inventory and ordering of stock.
Duties will include:
- Leading, motivating and training of staff
- Ensuring smooth and efficient day to day operations
- Maximising sales and controlling expenses including wages and shrinkage
- Ordering stock from wholesaler and suppliers
- Receive stock and manage invoices / paperwork
- Merchandising the pharmacy, set up promotions and ticketing
- General administrative support & assisting with pharmacy documentation
You will have:
- Previous experience in pharmacy in a similar role essential
- Well spoken with exceptional customer service skills
- Exemplary communication & interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative abilities
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
