Visit us .About Your RoleThe MLHD Nurse Manager Advisor is responsible for providing leadership and management through planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of contemporary district wide Nursing and Midwifery Directorate led recruitment and retention from novice to expert. Inclusive of rotational requirements and bulk recruitment strategies.
The strategic focus of this role is to work collaboratively with partnering directorates to promote clinical excellence in health care delivery by optimising MLHD workforce.
