About the role:
Our Retail Managers are integral to the ongoing success of our business. Maintain operational standards whilst working alongside the Pharmacist at our Deagon pharmacy. Lead the front of shop pharmacy team to build and maintain professional customer relationships. Full-time position available. Monday to Friday roster.
Duties:
• Support and manage the team in collaboration with the Pharmacist;
• Manage expectations of our valuable customers;
• Maintain time and attendance rosters;
• Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews and identify training needs;
• Dispensary experience preferred;
• Implement promotions and catalogues in store; and
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve store goals.
• Management of all inventory control responsibilities for your store – ensuring to maintain an accurate stock database;
• Identifying discrepancies and conducting investigations as required;
• Data entry - processing invoices;
• Liaise with sales and supplier representatives;
• Implement promotions and catalogues in store;
Skills and Experience:
• Pharmacy or retail management experience essential;
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or above preferred;
• Competent computer skills across Microsoft Office and POS software;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
