Your main focus will be in providing support & managing the front of shop operations. You will work closely with the Pharmacists to identify and improve the business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all resources available to the pharmacy
- Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profits
- Plan, implement and monitor business activities
- Develop positive business relationships with customers and suppliers
- Set and achieve objectives
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive team management experience in a large retail environment
- Stock and inventory control
- Monthly financial reports
- Marketing & merchandising
- Managing store budgets and wages
- Liaising with brand representatives and store owners
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in Pharmacy management
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
