We offer our clients more than just tyres and wheels, with our workshop specialising in:
• New tyres for passenger vehicles, 4WD's, light trucks, trucks, buses as well as other commercial vehicles.
• Tyre and wheel packages.
• Wheel alignments (including shims).
• Quality replacement automotive batteries.
• Agricultural equipment tyres.
We also provide road force balancing (on request) and puncture repairs to keep you moving.
Our workshops are equipped with the latest Hunter & Corghi tyre changers, balancers, and wheel alignment hoists, enabling us to offer our customers the best service and facilities.
Tasks & Duties
You will be reporting to operational leader and lead a team within our retail store. The store will service light vehicles and 4WD vehicles primarily for our customer.
• Achieving sales targets and goals. This involves understanding the market, analysing trends, and implementing strategies to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and sales record.
• Safety and Environment. Ensuring a safe working environment for employees and customer. This includes adhering to safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing any potential hazards promptly.
• Workshop Activities, allocating tasks efficiently in the workshop ensures smooth operations and timely completion of projects. This involves scheduling appointments, assigning duties, and overseeing workflow.
• Store Administration: Handling administrative tasks such as daily banking, invoicing, and managing store controls for organizational efficiency. Maintaining accurate records and managing store security helps safeguard assets and prevent losses.
• Work Culture: Cultivating a positive and enthusiastic work culture boosts morale and productivity by effective communication, recognition of achievements, and fostering teamwork.
• Technical skills – Technical skill on tyre fitting and balancing is required to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• People Management – Recuriting, coaching and supervision on employees.
Skills and experience
• 2- years retail management experience essential
• Be a champion of a safe working environment lead by example and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals set and achieve sales targets and goals.
• Have great time management skills and can organise others.
• Be mechanically minded and enjoy hands- on Physical work.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.
Salary: Start from $70,000 Per annum.
