Retail Manager

Clifford Gardens Pharmacy are looking for a Retail Manager to join their team.

At Clifford Gardens Pharmacy, we empower our customers to live well and feel great. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our highly professional team in Clifford Gardens.
The position will be on a Monday - Friday roster, working 38 hours per week.
The role
As the Retail Manager, you are responsible for providing inspirational and effective leadership to your team as you manage the sales, operations, and profitability of the store including an admin component. This may also suit an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking for a different focus and a career development opportunity.
In addition to our Values, we are seeking a Retail Manager with the following to complement our team:
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (desirable)
• Retail pharmacy experience – a must
• Experience leading and managing a small team
• Understanding of staff rostering requirements
• Experience with budgets and KPI's in a sales environment
• Sound computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
