The Position

We are currently seeking a retail superstar to lead and manage a team of employees and dedicated volunteers at one of our stores. You will be responsible for the overall quality management and operation and ensure our customers and supporters receive an exceptional and unique retail experience whilst managing the logistical operations in relation to the volume of donations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management, are also essential requirements. Proficiency in technology (Microsoft suite), along with demonstrated experience in the operational use of financial and human resource management systems is also required.

This is a full-time position. The successful applicant will be required to work weekdays and Saturdays and must hold a valid driver’s license. Retail Managers may be required to transfer between shops within the region.

Employment in this position is subject to holding/gaining and maintaining a valid Working With Vulnerable People card (WWVP) if working in the ACT or Working With Children Check (WWCC) if working in NSW.
