Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Join the CBRE – ISPT Retail Property Management team  Work with one of Australia’s most prominent retail property owner NSW North & Western Sydney - The Ponds | Land of the Gadigal People Our CBRE – ISPT retail team currently has a role for 2 X Retail Marketing Manager with experience in retail shopping centre marketing. You will be across 7 centres in our NSW North Retail precinct or The Ponds. The focus of the role is to implement high quality marketing strategies and analysis for the retail centre as well as interact with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the success of the property. Reporting to the Centre Manager, here’s what you will focus on: Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing and event activities for the centreManaging all marketing suppliers and agency relationshipsMeasuring, monitoring and analysing of all marketing activitiesPreparation and management of the marketing budgetRetail and customer liaisonProduce monthly marketing reports on all activities for every retail property within the set marketing portfolioOther adhoc marketing related activities as required About You: Tertiary qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environmentAn ability to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines and work in an evolving work environmentExcellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of key stakeholdersA strong strategic ability to set SMART objectives against which performance can be ability to analyse and interpret information as well as strong report writing skillsA commitment to customer service and excellence.Valid Driver’s license So, what’s in it for you?
