What You'll Do:
- Craft and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, leveraging your understanding of Retail Media trends and consumer behavior.
- Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Provide inspirational leadership, setting clear objectives and performance targets. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Champion Retail Media Business Development: Align Retail Media strategies with our business goals, maximizing ROI and driving revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
- Enhance Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions that drive tangible results and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Retail Media offerings and ensure seamless execution of client projects.

What We're Looking For:
- A proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the retail marketing or advertising industry.
- Expertise in Retail Media solutions and consumer behaviour trends.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, confident in engaging at all levels.
- A results-oriented approach, with a history of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
