South West Rocks Country Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Pro Shop Assistant to join the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests
- Running of daily golf competitions using MSL
- Taking bookings via phone and MSL
- Parking, driving and cleaning golf carts
- Maintain cleanliness of Pro shop and public areas
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring they are correct
- Replenishing stock on the retail floor
- Packing goods to be sent back to suppliers
- Some golf club repairs may be required as necessary
- Some retail responsibilities may be required as necessary
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for retail and has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Has excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritise depending on workload
- Is reliable, punctual and honest with excellent time management skills
- Has enthusiasm and the ability to work autonomously within the team environment
- Has the ability to undertake manual lifting
- Has a passion for golf, plays golf and/or has an adequate understanding golf equipment
