They have a strong in-house development team who acquire, develop and deliver precincts of up to 15 tenancies. With a healthy pipeline of new build stores you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of Retail Construction in Australia. The RoleThis role is a hands on Project Management position and will manage all external consultants and builder relationships and be accountable for the overall delivery of the retail network as the company continues to grow. You will also be engaged through the front-end process of feasability, design management and approvals. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end Management of high value project delivery at / below benchmarked feasibility Development of sourcing and selection strategies for consultants / builders Tender and award building contracts managing the construction phase including delivery of specialty tenants Manage the project design process and provide accurate construction cost estimates Management of the construction phase including delivery of specialty tenants Delivery of projects on time and on budget YouTo be considered for the role, we are seeking candidates with: 7 years in a Project Manager position and strong new build project delivery experience Tertiary Building or Engineering Qualifications Experience in dealing directly with builders on-site during the construction phase Knowledge of construction methodologies and building materials Strong experience with tendering and awarding building contracts Understanding of and experience with development feasibility and analysis Please note: this is NOT a Retail fitout role.
