Retail Reconciliations And Support Advisor

Our retail team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a driven Retail Reconciliations and Support Advisor to join our team.
The role
In this newly created role, your remit will include but not be limited to:

• Reconciliation of customer payments (bank payments, direct debits, HUMM payments, HSP)
• Management of unallocated funds and apply mismatch payments for Claims
• Refund management and processing, payment reassignment on invoices/claim
• Reviewing and assessing claims to ensure consistency across the network
• Daily contact with clinic network and finance team to ensure payments are applied correctly
• Management and requests of remittances to ensure payments can be correctly allocated
• General accounts enquiries and Support

This role can be based remotely or based in Port Melbourne or our Milton Support office.

To ensure success you will ideally come from a finance background and strong understanding of related funding systems across Australia and New Zealand. It will be key to have a strong understanding of legislation with regulatory bodies.
