Our retail team has gone from strength to strength, and we are looking for a driven Retail Reconciliations and Support Advisor to join our team.
The role
In this newly created role, your remit will include but not be limited to:
- Reconciliation of customer payments (bank payments, direct debits, HUMM payments, HSP)
- Management of unallocated funds and apply mismatch payments for Claims
- Refund management and processing, payment reassignment on invoices/claim
- Reviewing and assessing claims to ensure consistency across the network
- Daily contact with clinic network and finance team to ensure payments are applied correctly
- Management and requests of remittances to ensure payments can be correctly allocated
- General accounts enquiries and Support

To ensure success you will ideally come from a finance background and strong understanding of related funding systems across Australia and New Zealand. It will be key to have a strong understanding of legislation with regulatory bodies.
