The Opportunity
As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all of our customers receive the highest level of customer service. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;
- Opening and closing of the store (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
- Refilling cartridges (need the skill of 'attention to detail') to a high stardard
- Maintaining the store’s appearance and organisation to a high standard
Responsibilities:
You will be:
- Helping customers through direct and phone sales
- Recommending the best fit products for customer needs
- Operating a POS system with accuracy and integrity
- Safely refilling cartridges, including using specialised equipment and consumables
About You:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
- A motivated individual with a passion for our excellent products
- Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
- Be happy to work on average 1-2 shifts a week which will vary from 6-8 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
