Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a retail Assistant to join our team and help grow our business!
About the role
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will:
- Provide excellence in customer service at all times, including addressing queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Perform a variety of administration tasks
- Implement effective selling techniques to maximize store sales
- Follow all store operating procedures in a methodical and structured manner whilst providing excellent attention to detail
- Be proactive and show initiative, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner whilst providing excellent attention to detail
- Undertake general duties including cleaning, stocking and administrative tasks
- Actively contribute to the success and growth of Hip Pocket Hunter.
Skills and experience
- Strong administration skills.
- Positive attitude, mature outlook and a strong work ethic.
- Friendly personality and great with customers.
- Ability to apply effective selling techniques.
- Great communication, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to adopt a hands-on role regarding all aspects of retail operations.
