Job brief

We are looking for a results driven RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT to be responsible for the day to day customer service and sales to join us for our store in Mooloolaba. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and offer an exceptional experience to all customers. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Meet RETAIL SALES goals
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase foot traffic

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT roles
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

We are flexible with hours and availability - including casual, part time or full time!
