The role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader to join our successful Permanent Blue-collar Construction team in Parramatta. In this role, you will have the opportunity to recruit for some of our largest blue-collar construction clients. You will be responsible for providing clients with specialist recruitment solutions by building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and driving recruitment delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with new and current clients to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and provide market insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute key account plans, ensuring exceptional value delivery to our customers.
- Talent led sales and job order generation
- Stay up to date with industry trends, issues, and news, fostering consistent networking activities to enhance our brand in NSW.
About you
- Previous experience in recruitment, account management or business development.
- Excellent communication skills to establish strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ideally, a robust network within the blue collar industry and prior experience selling solutions to this segment.
- Strong sales and new business experience
- Collaborative and proactive work approach.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
