We are looking for retail staff member to join our team in Rutherford. You will need to be able to work every 2nd weekend and some weekdays.Hours will be between 15-20 hours per week
The position involves duties such as:
- Customer Service in store, through email and over the phone
- Store presentation with merchandising and general cleaning & care
- Stock Inventory -unpacking & labelling new and existing stock
- Working on development of own sales growth through KPI's and good customer service.
- Promotional material change over and understanding current marketing promotions.
Ideally we are after a sales staff member whom has:
- Sales experience
- Had experience with customer service in retail store environment
- Good communication skills within the team and especially to our customers
- Team player but also able to be assigned solo tasks
- Must have good computer administration skills and be able to navigate websites and all email functions on micro-soft outlook.
