BBQ Spit Rotisseries is a specialist in all things charcoal cooking established in 2016. We bring customers together over food and fire, helping to create magical memories between family and friends. In our head-office in Seaford, we are a small team of 7 who are passionate about BBQ, enjoy a bit of fun and banter and jump in to help one another to get the job done. We punch well above our weight and are Australia's largest spit rotisserie store, dispatching retail and wholesale orders Australia-wide daily. 

Role:

Our growing team needs a passionate sales and customer service superstar to take charge of our Seaford showroom, follow up inbound phone and email leads and provide excellent customer service to our clients. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Face to face sales in-store 
• General customer service: responding to emails, keying orders, answering phones, website live chat, obtaining freight quotes, processing returns etc 
• Cleaning and restocking the showroom
• Some pick packing from the warehouse to get customers orders ready

 You will need to be:

• Energetic & have a positive attitude
• Good with technology
• Organised and able to multitask
• Friendly, efficient and be able to provide excellent team and client support both over the phone, in writing and in person. 
• Flexible in jumping in helping your colleagues as needed
• Be strong and fit to assist customers in lifting heavy boxes into their cars.
• Not scared of getting your hands dirty as you will be responsible for keeping the showroom clean and occasionally helping our warehouse pick/pack.
• Give our marketing team a hand with short videos for social media.
• Previous sales experience and sales training would be advantageous
• Able to work autonomously and in a small team
• An interest in outdoors and barbecuing 
• The person we are looking for is someone who enjoys helping our customers, loves hitting targets (sales incentives payable where KPIs are met) and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Hours:

Full-time: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday each month 9am – 3:00pm

Conditions:

• Must be fit and able to assist customers in lifting heavy boxes into their vehicles 
• Must have a full-drivers license and we willing to do the occasional customer delivery and drop off parcels to Australia Post
• The successful applicant will be subject to a probationary period to be reviewed at the end of 3 months
• Previous sales training and experience would be advantageous. 
• A forklift license would be a bonus, but not essential

Starting salary $55,000-$60,000 + sales bonuses + 11% super
