About Smart User: Smart User (VEU Accredited Person) participates in the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program to deliver energy efficiency improvements, making them more affordable for consumers and reducing their long-term energy consumption.
Position: Sales / Leads Generator (Shopping Centre)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Leads Generator to join our dynamic team in a Shopping centre environment. This role is available as either Full-time (5 days per week, typically from 9 am to 5.30 pm) or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week) including Weekends. You will be an essential part of our energetic sales and marketing team, driving our mission to enhance energy efficiency for consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Shopping centre visitors to generate leads and promote Smart User’s energy efficiency solutions.
- Utilize a QR system full of company-generated leads to assist in your efforts.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.
- Collect and record customer information accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed individual KPI’s and team targets.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or leads generation role.

- Basic understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices is a plus.
