About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for Casual Sales positions to join our team and take a hands-on role. Passionate about SALES AND CLOSING DEALS, we are looking for a conscientious team member who can contribute to the overall success of the store.
In this role you will be determining customer’s needs and managing their expectations through high quality service and expert product knowledge. This involves listening closely and understanding their questions, sourcing appropriate stock (in store or via delivery) and closing the point of sale with a satisfied customer. Moreover, consistently delivering agreed store standards, effectively reaching sales targets and ensuring correct compliance with our procedures.
You will also work on maintaining store presentation, including updating, rotating and ticketing stock, to always ensure ease of access for customers and optimum sales.
About you
Sales experience is must. Friendly, patient, approachable and cooperative team player. You thrive in harmonious environments where you can work closely with others to build and maintain positive relationships. Your ability to communicate openly and honestly allows you to build rapport and gain peoples’ trust through conversations.
With a great eye for detail, you ensure all aspects of the sale are handled quickly, correctly and efficiently. You are quick to absorb new information and you work consistently to achieve your goals. Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.
Most importantly, you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Previous experience required. You must have a can-do attitude and a drive to contribute to the overall stores’ success plan. With a people orientated approach, you work well in environments where you can help others.
