Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Merchandiser at Sealy, your responsibilities will include:
- Selling Premium and Ultra-Premium Bedding Solutions: Showcase our high-quality products to customers, emphasizing their benefits and features.
- Supporting Retail Partners through Key Events: Collaborate with retailers during promotional events, ensuring successful product displays and customer engagement.
- Developing Strong Retail Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with the retail partners and the Sealy QLD team.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Sealy brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
About You
We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- Sales Experience at Premium Price Points: You have a proven track record in sales, particularly with premium brands and specifically experience in the consumer durable market (retail or wholesale) will set you apart.
- Interest in Premium Consumer Goods: You understand the value of quality products and can effectively communicate this to customers.
- Relationship Building Skills: You recognize the importance of building strong relationships with retail partners.
- Commitment to Learning: Sealy invests in employee success through market-leading training programs. You should be eager to continually learn and enhance your skills.
- Dynamic and Engaging Personality: As a people person, you are easy to talk with, confident in yourself and able to inspire others to see things from your perspective.

Location: Queensland (Brisbane-based)
Package: Base Salary + Super + Fully Maintained Car + Commissions
