Unios is looking for an Events & Activations Coordinator to join our team at our newly-launched Melbourne Experience Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-driven and customer-focused person to join our inclusive, dynamic and exciting environment.
The role is to be a key pillar in supporting the success of our Melbourne Experience Centre - driving visitation, brand awareness and strengthening key customer relationships. Working directly with our internal Marketing team, the role is diverse, encompassing managing booking calendars, event setup/pack down and securing partnerships.

Job Duties
- Coordinate Experience Centre day-to-day operations with the goal being to provide a great experience to visitors through managing visitations and coordinating events.
- Driving engagement and activation of the Experience Centre by providing marketing and business development support.
- Maintain a high activation rate by supporting and coordinating all marketing initiatives and planning, as well as coordinating with distributors, commercial partners and other stakeholders.
- Provide general office management through maintaining office resources, liaising with internal/external parties, coordinating activities and managing team meetings.
- Assist in planning and execution of event and marketing assets such as invitations, run-sheets and eDMs.
