Retail Sales Supervisor

We’re looking for someone to help lead our store!We are looking for a Full-time Retail Sales Supervisors to assist in the day to day operations of Sorell 9/11 Bottleshop.As the Retail Supervisor, you will report to and act on behalf of the Retail Sales Manager when required, with a focus on motivating and managing staff, store presentation, ensuring customer service standards are exceeded and financial targets are met.This is an excellent opportunity for a current Retail Sales Attendant or Supervisor looking for that next step and experience all things wonderful and challenging.Skills, Abilities and ExperienceExperience in a supervisory or senior management position within the retail industry (not essential)Demonstrated capability in managing an operational team, with a focus on customer-driven service delivery and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practicesCreate exceptional customer experiences by sharing your love and knowledge of liquor in an easy to understand way of communicating.Demonstrated practical experience in retailing and experience in the delivering a high level of customer service and knowledge of customer purchasing trendsDemonstrated effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and cooperate with customers, management and co-workers.Proficiency in the use of industry related software systemsWell-rounded, current liquor product knowledge and current, applied knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations applicable to the retail industry.QualificationsA current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, or the ability and willingness to obtain this within 3 months of gaining employment with 9/11 Bottleshops.If this opportunity sounds like your next move and you meet a number of requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
