The recent changes in our business mean new opportunities with long term goals to help our customers with increased product ranges and additional services.
You will be responsible for helping our customers with all of their organising & storage needs, providing solutions to problems that our customers experience every day.
Everything from pantry & kitchen storage, jewellery organisation & cutlery inserts to freestanding & wall mounted shelving, laundry hampers & shoe boxes.
You will have exceptional customer service and a REAL LOVE for organising. Solving storage dilemmas for our customers is why we get out of bed in the morning! Knowledge across the store (and there are a lot of products to learn) is essential.
We take our customer service very seriously. We spend each day doing something that we love to do! We are a close knit team, like family, and we would love to welcome new members to the squad!
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Understanding really what it means to be a part of a team.
- Sales experience.
- POS experience.
- A Genuine LOVE for all things organisation. You either have it, or you don't.
- Fantastic can do attitude and willingness to learn, take instruction and work hard to help our customers find the best solution to suit their needs.
- Ability to learn multiple ranges of products.
- Our customers expect the best, and so do we!
- SUPERVISOR ROLES: recent experience in leadership/management. Role can lead to P/T position for the right person following training period.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exceptional customer service.
- Solving storage dilemmas for customers using a wide range of products across multiple departments. Thinking outside the box for solutions and being creative in ways to assist in specific space requirements and individual needs.
- Sales using POS & EFTPOS, including rewards memberships and customer orders.
- Stock filling, receiving deliveries, general store cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions from leadership team and complete tasks.
- Additional duties involved in everyday running of store as required.
- Ability to lift products to assist customers to vehicles and climb ladders in warehouse to retrieve product.
- Commitment to the team that you work side by side with and to our customers.

Available roles will be up to 20 hours approximately per week, (Casual Sales Assistant 15+ hours, Supervisor 20+ hours) with opportunity for growth in immediate future.
Role includes one weekend day shift, essential to availability.
