Retail Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Cafe Team Leader to join our team in a Part Time Retail Sales Team Leader capacity at Karratha Airport. 

The Bar @ Karratha is located in the departure area of the airport terminal and offers traveller's tap and bottled beers, packaged spirits, hot snacks, burgers, and meals.

To be successful, you will need:

• An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
• Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
• To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
• To be flexible to work a rotating roster based on an afternoon pattern including Sundays (1pm-8pm Sunday to Thursday pattern)
• Approved Managers certificate will be highly advantageous
