Internal Applications are now open for the Sales Fulfilment Team Leader role for a full time 6-month secondment.
About the role:
The Retention and Sales Team Leader will lead, develop and motivate a team of inbound Customer Service Representatives. The team have a responsibility to maximize existing customer retention conversion targets as well as increasing growth by onboarding new customers.
The Team Leader will also coach and develop individuals to improve their Sales and Retention product acceptance efforts and contributions to the team.
This role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be fully accountable for effective performance of the department and the individuals within it.
Duties:

• Provide coaching and support to maximise sales performance whilst delivering a high level of customer service and accuracy in line with business values
• Develop and motivate a high performing team to achieve commercial objectives
• Offer continuous training and support to members of the team to provide drive, and develop their abilities so they can be the best they can be
• Give regular feedback on the performance of the team, and differentiate individual performance by assessment and reward
• Manage poor attendance and performance, resolve, encourage and inspire where necessary to rectify any issues
