We are currently looking for passionate and driven Store Managers in various Retail Store locations in Sydney!
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer service experiences, enjoys leading and supporting a small team and work towards targets and KPI’s, and most importantly, has a positive, can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Train, mentor and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Assist with roster management and payroll approval
- Manage the team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention/ stock management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Have proactive and creative approach around visual merchandising of the store
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service
To be successful you will have
- Experienced and well- rounded retail management experience
- A can-do attitude
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
- Adaptable and supportive approach
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous
