We are excited to be opening our next retail shop in the beginning of July 2024 in a newly revamped shopping complex and are we are on the lookout for a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team.
Your opportunity
You will be accountable for sustaining the brand image, achieving sales and KPIs goals, managing the store team, recruiting, and guarantees compliance with all processes and guidelines set by the brand in order to bring the store to its full potential.
How you will contribute
- Manage a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, product development, etc.
- Lead and motivate retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Butterboy's standards and requirements
Operations
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Ensuring high product standards and cost effective operations
- Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with suppliers
Customer Experience
- Ensure a coordinated approach to the delivery of our customer service standards
- Contribute to be part of a positive team culture ensuring open communication.
People
- Responsible for the recruitment of the team with relevant experience
- Ensuring all leaders are equipped and trained to carry out their roles and meet their accountabilities
Financial
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth team goals in line with trading patterns
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, including but not limited to promotions
- Reporting of daily sales and performance factor information.
- Implementation of targets, budgets and check for adherence to agreed indicators
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years experience in a similar environment
- First Aid Certificate
- NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate
- Barista experience (bonus but not necessary)
Start date
