Orange Sherbet is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated leader as our Store Manager at our upcoming Wynnum store! This exciting opportunity is a full-time position with a competitive salary, where you'll have the chance to shape our brand-new space spanning 271 square meters.

With sizes from 6 to 24 (and beyond!), we're all about celebrating every body and ensuring our customers find that perfect fit. From our fabulous flagship store by the Redcliffe waterfront to our beautiful store in Kawana on the Sunshine Coast, we’re excited for our new boutique in Wynnum as we relocate our current South Brisbane store from Carindale.
About You:
We're on the hunt for a Store Manager who ignites passion within their team, someone who has a love for their workplace and ensures our customers leave happy and satisfied with each visit. We are looking for someone to take this role as their own and can lead by example, upholding Orange Sherbet values with every decision made.
You will think quickly on your feet to make data lead decisions to which will benefit the performance of the store. You will not only manage operations, but you will create connections between staff, community, and processes.
Skills + Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in fashion retail management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Previous experience in visual merchandising
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to create a welcoming environment and provide outstanding customer experiences always
A Day In The Life:
As Store Manager, you'll be leading from the all areas of the store from the back end administrative processes and on the shop floor. You'll work closely with our team to ensure daily goals are met while maintaining our high standards of excellence.
