About The Role
As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's performance, staff management/ongoing development, achieving of KPIS, and consistent growth of sales. You must be customer service orientated in your approach whilst leading from the front and continuously developing your team's skills.
Skills & Experience
- Retail Management experience
- Experience in Optical or similar preferred but not essential
- Professional demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Action plan to achieve sales targets & KPI's
- Consultative sales process - Jewellery, Furniture, Cosmetics or high ticket items
- Team training & development
- Achievable bonus structure
- Ownership of your role
- Ongoing training & development
