- Lead a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.
- Oversee stock management, including replenishment and maintaining a clean and presentable store environment.
- Implement and monitor sales targets and basket size KPIs to drive performance.
- Provide coaching and development to team members to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with upper management to optimize store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in high-volume management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and implementing operational improvements.
