The position:
- Senior jewellery sales professional
- Negotiator and buyer of jewellery
- Store expenses management
- Cashflow management
- Marketing, merchandising, promotions and store presentation
- Development, implementation and review of systems/procedures
- Website maintenance
- Manage team performance and training
- Manage CRM
- General office duties
About you:
- Passionate: good business acumen, understanding of the retail sector and a passion for sales
- Highly motivated: results-orientated, self-disciplined, determined to succeed and in possession of a “can-do” attitude
- People’s person: ability to communicate and build relationships with a diverse range of customers, guiding and mentoring a team
