Above all else, the successful candidate will be a people-person who thrives on building relationships with customers and community alike. Bonus points if you can demonstrate the following:
🌺Previous Leadership experience, where you have managed a team with clear communication and enthusiasm;
🌺A keen eye for style, and passion for visual merchandising;
🌺 A basic working knowledge of POS softwares, Google Documents and Gmail on an iPad;
🌺Experience, or working exposure, to rostering, inventory management, and daily administration tasks; with
🌺The motivation to challenge yourself and reach your store targets.
