The Role
Our client requires a Delivery Lead – Human Resource Management with domain experience translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution especially in large, complex organisations.
The ideal candidate must have in depth SAP ERP Specialist knowledge, including organisation leadership/ management skills to provide expert advice, direction and guidance including the current demonstrated ability to allow resolution of complex SAP Solution design issues. The resource must have experience in the implementation of complex SAP S4HANA Human Resource Management Domain and Force Element processes within a Commonwealth environment.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for:
- Maintaining alignment of the detailed design to the release scope, delivery approach ensuring solution delivery governance and assurance leveraging ERP and SAP design experience
- Support Solution Delivery Lead to plan, manage and govern activities of the Delivery Partners ensuring alignment to ERP methodologies, tools and governance artefacts.
- Drive implementation SAP best practices supporting optimal outcomes against agreed deliverables, time, quality, cost and successful adoption of ERP.
- Working as part of the broader ERP Delivery Leadership to ensure program schedule and quality targets are met and overall outcomes are achieved. Support the definition of Tranche 3, including early and in phase scope, approach, plan, schedule, resources and GFX required to deliver capability outcomes.
- Provide ERP SAP complex understanding and input to evaluation of industry proposals and selection of Release Delivery Partners supporting aligning stakeholders with realistic and achievable expectations of schedule, scope and solution.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ experience and demonstrated skills in complex related functional domain – Human Resource Management ICT ERP SAP transformation across the suite of SAP applications with a focus on SAP Success Factors
- Experience facilitating analysis of business and an ability to convert business requirements into SAP system requirements for configuration by the vendor..
- Demonstrate an understanding of Defence and Security Industry solution including Military processes enabled by force element function ICT ERP SAP transformation facilitating analysis of business requirements
- Minimum 10 years of proven team leadership experience, preferable across a range of SAP Delivery Management Team lead roles such as Project Management
- Demonstrated deep understanding of SAP Best Practice business processes and optimised SAP solution design from an end user perspective as well understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience
- Extensive experience working within the SAP functional domain
